What kind of day we will shape today?

I wake up everyday and I thank GOD for another day that I'm alive. We take it for grant! However all days that we have indeed are gifts from the infinite universe and we should be more than glad to have it. We have this day to shape it the way that we want, it is an incredible possibility. Can you image it? We can do wonderful things or not, but most of the time, it is up to us to decide. As you probably already heard we are the sculptors, the architects, the guides of our lifes. So, why not use this day and everyday to do things that really worth to live for? Why not expend our time to create something that really matters for us and for those that we love? Why not help? Why not be nice? Why not smile? There is no reason ! As architects we can decide how this day will be ! As sculptors we can shape it the way that we want it ! As guides we can follow the path of felicity and guide the others to follow us !

The only think that we need to do to create all this things, is to believe on ourselves. It is to believe that we are part of this entire universe, and that we are made to be happy!

In the end, it is up to us to shape our days. So, my question is; What kind of day we will shape today?

I got inspired to write this text based on the quote below,  assigned to Charles Chaplin. You should read it too, it is wonderful. Have a great day ! (Remember, it is up to you)

"I woke up early today, excited over all I get to do before the clock strikes midnight. I have responsibilities to fulfill today. I am important. For me there is beauty in this quote, “by each crime and every kindness, we birth our future”, everything that we did, everything that we do, everything that we will do, all make part of our future. So, instead of complain, instead of say that things are not going to your way, instead of be a pessimist, be the great optimist that you can be, say good words to others, help others to succeed and I’m sure that you will succeed with them, that’s how the universe works good things generating more good things. More kindness, that is what this world needs!

Life is an experience, live it without fear!

Fear, that’s a terrible thing most of the time, it can stop you, it can make you froze, but fear was not created to make us froze, it was created to advise us, advise that something will go wrong, that we have to stay alert, that maybe we will have to fight, or that maybe we will have to run.

Wars, fights, lack of money, real estate collapsing, cheating, breaking hearts, death etc. We live in a world full of fear. So, we need to be able to understand it and knowing it we will be able to handle it.

You don’t need to be afraid of live, there are days that will be tough, but so what, it will pass, there are days that will be raining, and so what, the sun will appear again, there are days that will be great, but we know that it will pass too. It does not matter, life is good, to be alive is good,  be able to live this experience is good, we have to enjoy each moment, we have to learn with it, fear probably will help you to stay safe, but being fearless about what is coming in your life, will keep you alive!

Harden not your heart!

I was watching this western movie called Hatfield and Mc Coys when Anse Hatfield (played by Kevin Costner) said to his firing squad that were ready to execute three members of Mc Coys’s family, that had participated of one of Anse’s brothers murder: “Make yourself ready. Harden your hearts”.

That quote was making an eco in my mind, “harden your hearts” … I believe that we have been doing that for much longer than the western movies even started, we, as human beings, have been harden our hearts, so we can live without any regret, it looks sad, but we do it all the time. Lot of people are dying in Africa everyday because of the war or AIDS and what we do, we harden our hearts. There is a lot of misery in the third world or even in the first world and what we do, we harden our hearts,  somebody beg for food near you, and what most of the time we do, nothing, just harden our hearts. Why we are so selfish? Why is so easy to look to the other side when the problem is not directly related to us, why is so easy to make our heart hard as a rock? Why is so easy to harden our hearts?

Because, maybe we are not able to see that all human beings are indeed related, because if we are energy, we are connected, and if we are connected, we in the end are just one, one big energy, related, linked…

So, let try to be more generous, let try to help more people, to donate more, to be more kind…do not let the day by day life, harden your heart!
